Phillip Atiba Goff Tells Minn. Police Chiefs about 'implicit Bias' in Policing

This hour you'll get a chance to hear what Minnesota's police chiefs heard this week about racism and bias in policing. Psychologist Phillip Atiba Goff told the chiefs that bigotry is alive and well, but that isn't the whole story. He says racism in police work is about actions and behavior, not motives or character.
