Taylor Mercedes serves as the IT Director for the Center for Policing Equity. In this role, she leads CPE's IT operations and collaborates with leadership to align CPE's IT Strategy with the organization's strategic goals.

Taylor has spent her 15+ year career in the Managed IT Services space. Through her roles in technology management and strategy, she has served 100's of organizations, including private companies, government agencies, and non-profits.

Working with CPE intersects Taylor's passion for advancing social justice and empowering others to accomplish their missions through technology. Taylor's hobbies include hiking, painting, traveling, and cooking.
